ARKANSAS:
SECTIOI`a 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby
accepts for the purpose of opening West 28th Street from South
Filmore Street to South Hayes Street a plot of ground in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as follows, to -wit:
The South Thirty (30) Feet of the West Half (W2) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW71), Section Seven (7), Township
One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) 'Jest.
This property has been dedicated to the City of Li- -tle Rock by
Dedication A reement from the Methodist Childrents --ome of
Arkansas, Inc., so long as said ground shall be used for a
public street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect fron and after its passage
and approval.
