HomeMy WebLinkAbout10021ORDINANCE NO. 10,021 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR PARKING SPACE FOR USE OF VISITORS TO THE TERRITORIAL RESTORATION CAPITOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That a space bounded by Cumberland Street on the East and by an alley on the West, located on the North side of East Third Street in the City of Little Rock, is hereby established as a parking space for visitors to the Territorial Restoration Capitol. SECTION 2. That the drivers of such automobiles parked in this space shall receive identifying cards from the attendant at the Territorial Restoration Capitol which they shall place in a conspicuous place on their automobile. They shall surrender these cards to the attendant at the time they cease to park in said location. SECTION 3. That all automobiles not marked with such cards shall be tagged by the Little Rock Police Department for unlawful parking. SECTION 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and ap- proval.
