AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 (MAYORtS OFFICE) TO ABOLISH
THE POSITION OF CLERK- STENOGRAPHER AND AMENDING SECTION 15
(PURCHASING DEPARTMENT) OF ORDINANCE N0. 9006 AS AMENDED;
CREATING A NEW POSITION OF SECRETARY, ESTABLISHING THE SALARY
THEREFOR., AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the position of Clerk- Stenographer in the Mayorts Office hereby
be abolished, and the additional position of Secretary in the Purchasing Department
hereby be created.
SECTION 2. That Section 12 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended to read as
follows:

SECTION 3. That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended to read as
follows:

SECTION 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances (except Ordinance No. 9011)
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
