AN ORDINLNCE TO AMIND SECTION 16 (RECREATION DEPARTMENT) CF
WINANCE NO. 9006 BY ESTABLISHING A REBSAMEN PARK GMF COURSE
DIVISION OF THE PARKS AMID RECMTJON DEPARTMENT, CREATING THE
POSITION OF 2 CURK- CASHIMs 3 GMMNSMPERS AMID 1 TRACTOR
DRIVER; ESTABLISHING THE SALLRIES THEREOF', AM FOR OTASR PUR,POW.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANUS;
SECTION 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 9006 be amended to establish
a Rebsamen Park Golf Course Division of the Parks and Recreation Department
and there are hereby created the positions of 2 Clerk- Cashiers, 3 Greens -
keepers and 1 Tractor Driver, who shall be paid in accordance with the
salaries of Saar Memorial Park Golf Course and as per Ordinance 9006.
SECTION 2. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended by
adding the followings

SECTION 3. Said employees are to be selected by the Civil Service
Commission in the manner as provided by law.
SECTION !+. Employees at both Golf Courses can be directed to work at
either Golf Course at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Superintendent.
SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
