AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $15,000.00
TO PAY FOR SIX INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER DUMP TRUCKS
FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT PURCHASED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 9982, PASSED DECEMBER 5, 1955, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Fifteen Thousand 015,000.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to pay for six (6) International
Harvester Dump Trucks for the Street Department of the City of
Little Rock, purchased by Ordinance No. 9982, passed December 5,
1955.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in the sum
of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars for said Duna Trucks.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
