AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR2 AND PUR-
CWE ONE COPYING MACHINE FOR THE DIKING OF ACCIDENT
REPORTS TO BE USED BY THE TRAFFIC BUREAU OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTLIEPtT AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $500.00s AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and,reguested to advertises take bids for, and pur-
chase one Copying Machine for the making of accident reports to
be used by the Traffic Bureau of the City of Little Rock Police
Department*
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Copying Machine shall
not exceed the sum of Five Hundred ($50000) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealedS and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
