AN ORDINANCE,AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 185 GALLONS OF PAINTS AND LACQUERS FOR REPAINT-
ING THE CITY HALL BUILDING AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$725.000 SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE GENERAL FUND,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs Is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 185 gallons of Paints and Lacquers for repainting the
City Hall tuilding of the City of Little Rockk /
SECTION 2. That the cost of said paints and lacquers
shall not exceed the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty -Five ($725.00)
Dollars, said sum to be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
