AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIFTEEN (15), SIXTEEN (16), AND
SEVENTEEN (17) , BLOCK .. THREE (3) , R1ROCI L ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. AM AS. AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), and Seventeen
(17), Block Three (3), Rommel Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 4423 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as
"F» Commercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in NI" Light Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Fifteen (15), Sixteen
(16), Seventeen (17), Block Three (3), Rommel Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the 01* Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
