AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $29,319.17 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; $536.99 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND $255.00 FROM THE PARK CONSTRUC-
TION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNQ L OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$29,319.17 from the Highway Construction Fund, $526.99 from the
Fire Department Construction Fund, and $255.00 from the Park Con-
struction Fund, for the payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $ 2,864.55
City of Little Rock - General Fund 19,000.00
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Missouri Pacific Railroad Company 6,954.62
$29,319.17
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
The Gamewell Company 536.99
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Otis Williams $ 255.00
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
