AN ORDINANCE TO FILL THE VACANCIES ON THE BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 591 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CAUSED BY THE
RESIGNATION OF MR. CLARENCE M. COnTAY AND THE
RESIGNATION OF MR. W.H.PATTERSON.
W EA EAS, it appears that Clarence M. Conway and W.H.Patterson
heretofore appointed as Commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 591 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have subsequently
resigned, causing two vacancies on the Board of Commissioners of said
Street Improvement District No. 591;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Mrs. A.B.Cope be and she is hereby appointed as
a Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 591 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, in the place and stead of Mr. Clarence M.Conway,
and that W.D.Minor be and he is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of said
Street Improvement District No. 591 cf the City of Little Kock, Arkansas,
in the place and stead of Mr. W.H.Patterson.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and he in
force from and after its passage.
