AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF x'793.35 TO
PAY LAURENCE S. KNAPPEN FOR SERVICES RENDERED IN
CONNECTION WITH THE BUS HEARING, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety -Three
Dollars and Thirty -Five Cents ($793.35) is hereby appropriated
to pay Laurence S. Knappen for services rendered in connection
with the bus hearing.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue the Cityfs warrant in the sum
of Seven Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars and Thirty -Five Cents
($793.35) for said services rendered.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
