AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE AN INSURANCE POLICY INDEMNIFYING THE CITY
COLLECTOR AND /OR EMPLOYEES AGAINST LOSS DUE TO BUR-
GLARY OR ROBBERY IN THE SUM OF $109000.00 FOR A.
PERIOD OF THREE YEARS, THE PREMIUM NOT TO EXCEED
TEE SUM OF $500.009 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorised and requested to gdvertise, take bids for, and purchase
an insurance policy indemnifying the City Collector and /or em-
ployees against loss due to burglary or robbery in the sum of
Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars for a period of three years.
SECTION 2. That,-the pre*ium of said insurance policy
shall not exceed the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
