AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,249.25 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $7,249.25
from the Highway Construction Fund, for the payment of the following,
to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $2,442.25
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Missouri Pacific Railroad 4,307.00
Total $ 7,249.25
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the Cityts watrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from the passage thereof.
