ORDINANCE No. 10,078
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF THE Wj SWJ, SECTION NINE (9),
TOWNSHIP ONE (1) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (112) WEST, PULASKI COUNTY
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of-t2% Sid, Section Nine (J),-Town-
ship One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West, Pulaski County Arkansas,
more particularly described as beginning at the East line of Wj of
SWJ of Section Nine (9), Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12)
West, at a point 760 feet South of the South line of Nineteenth (19)
Street Pike or Little Rock and Hot Springs Highway; thence West to
the right -of -way of Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad; thence
in a Southeasterly direction along said right -of -way to the inter-
section of the East line of said Wj of SWJ; thence North along the
East line of Wj of SWJ of Section Nine (9), Township One: >(1) North,
Range Twelve (12) West, to point of beginning, containing 4.33 acres,
except that part used as Kramer Street, being 2002 -2400 Thayer Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in the "J" Light Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said part of the Wj of SW$ of
Section Nine (9 ), Township One (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West,
Pulaski County Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
- - - — - to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "J" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
