AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH ONE -HALF ( *) OF LOT ELEVEN
(11) AND ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCS ELEVEN (11), ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/+20 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North One -half (J) of Lot Eleven (11)
and all of Lot Twelve (12), Block Eleven (11), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1000 Scott Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "E" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said North One -half ( *).
of Lot Eleven (11), and all of Lot Twelve (12), Block Eleven (11),
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
