AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PARTS OF LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5), SIX
(6), SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8), AND NINE (9), BLOCK ONE (1), FITZGERALD'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLEROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
_— SECTION 1. That property described as commencing at the Southwest
corner of Lot Seven (7), Block 1, Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and running .thence' F,e.st 46 2/3 -
feet; thence Northwesterly 151.9 feet to a point on the North line of
Lot Nine (9) of said Block and Addition, which point is 44 2/3 feet
East of the Northwest corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence West on the
North line of Lot Nine (9) a distance of 44 2/3 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot Nine (9); thence South 151.9 feet to the point of beginning,
said property sometimes being described as the West 113 of Lots Seven (7) ,
Eight (8), and Nine (9), Block One (1), Fitzgerald's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas; and also commencing at the Southeast corner of
Lot Six (6), Block One (1), Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and running thence North 151.9 feet;
thence West 83 feet; thence South 151.9 feet; thence East 83 feet to the
point of beginning, said property sometimes being described as the East
2/3 of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), Block 1, Fitzgerald's Ad-
dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1512 -14 West Tenth
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "H" Business '. District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication and rezoning of the said property commencing at the Southwest
corner of Lot Seven (7), Block 1, Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and running thence East 46 2/3
feet; thence Northwesterly 151.9 feet to a point on the North line of
Lot Nine (9) of said Block and Addition, which point is 44 2/3 feet East
of the North west corner of said Lot Nine (9); thence West on the
North line of Lot Nine (9) a distance of ".2/3 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot Nine (9); thence South 151.9 feet to the point of begin-
ning., said property sometimes being described as the West 1/3 of Lots
Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine (9), Block One (1), Fitzgeraldts Ad-
dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and also commencing at
the Southeast corner of Lot Six (6), Block 1, Fitzgeraldts Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and running thence
North 151.9 feet; thence West 83 feet; thence South 151.9 feet; thence
East 83 feet to the point of beginning, said property sometimes being
described as the East 2/3 of Lots Four (/+), Five (5) , and Six (6).
Block One (1), Fitzgeraldts Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
