AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK ONE
(1), WHITE CITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND.FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Five (5) any Six (6), Bleek one (-1))
White City Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
6724 Cantrell Road, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One -
Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordi-
nauce.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Five (5) and six (6),
Block One (1), White City Addition to the City of Little Rook,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section l,hersof said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
