AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AMID ABANDON ALL OF THE ALLEY
RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH IN THE MIDDLE OF BLOCK 1110
SUNSET ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, -a petition was duly filed with the City Council of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the _.may of February, 1956, asking the
City Council to vacate and abandon all of the alley running North and
South in the middle of Block 11, Sunset Addition to the City of Little

Rock, Arkansas, now appearing in Plat Book Page
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Council has,
at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring
to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the alley herein-

above described, has heretofore been dedicated to the public use, and
has not been used by the public generally for a period of at least five
years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that the owners of alit he
property abutting upon the portion of the alley to be vacated have filed
with the Council their written consent to such abandonment; and that the
public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandon-
ment of such portion of the said alley.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public
generally, in and to that portion of the alley designated as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of
said block, thence run South along the East
boundary line of Lots 12, 11, 103 93 8, and 7
to the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; thence
3ast twenty feet to the Southeast corner of
Lot 6 of said block; thence North along the
West line of Lots 6, 52 43 31 2 and 1, to the
Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence East
along the South line of West Thirty -First Street
to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City
Clerk shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be i 4 orce from
and after its passage.
