AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING LEFT TURNS ON RED LIGHT INTO
ONE -WAY STREETS AND RIGHT TURNS ON RED LIGHT AT ALL
INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK WHERE TRAFFIC
IS CLEAR EXCEPT AT DENVER LIGHT SIGNALS WHEN PEDESTRIAN
''WALK" LIGHT IS ON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
after coming to a complete stop,
SECTION 1. That /left turns on red light into one -way
streets and right turns on red light at all intersections in
the City of Little Rock where traffic is clear are hereby per-
missible, except that no turn shall be made when the Denver
Light Signal is on for pedestrians to walk.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
