AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
67443, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6744 is here-
by amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. 'Airport Limousine Service' is hereby
defined to be the furnishing of limousine service between
the Municipal Airport and any hotel or public carrier
terminal in Little Rock, Arkansas.
'Limousine Service' is hereby defined to be transpor-
tation service over the streets of Little Rock in a type
of automobile commonly referred to as limousine and having
a manufacturer's seating capacity of at least 7 persons,
including the driver, or a 5- passenger Cadillac automobile."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
