AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $107,000.00
TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CON-
DEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. THE
MARION HOTEL GARAGE COMPANY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Hundred Seven Thousand ($107,000.00) Dollars to pay into
the Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the
City of Little Rock vs. Marion Hotel Garage Company, to con-
demn the North 3 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 79, Original
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said property
being necessary for the construction of the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum.of One Hun-
dred Seven Thousand ($107,000.00) Dollars into the Pulaski
Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway Construc-
tion Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
