AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2000400 OUT
OF THE GENERAL FUND AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ONE P%7ER.DRIVEN
MOWING MACHINE TO BE USED BY THE WEED CUTTING DIVISION
OF THE SANITATION DEPA HD1ENT j AND TO TF.A.DE -IN ONE MODEL
A INTERNATIONAL MOWING MACHINE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise., take bids fors, and purchase one
power driven mowing machine and to trade -in one Model A International
Mowing Machine to be used in the Weed Cutting Division of the Sanitation
Depantment.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Two Thousand (02,000.00) is hereby
appropriated out of the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealedp and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
