AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE FOR THE
STREET DEPARTMENT THE NECESSARY MATERIALS TO -DUST PROOF DIRT
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$12,500.00; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase for the Street
Department, the necessary materials to dust proof dirt streets in the
City of Little Rock at a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00), said amount to be paid from the Road and /or Auto
Fund.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
