AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $839.80 TO PAY
JAMES -M. HONAKER, PUBLIC UTILITY CONSULTANT, FOR
TECHNICAL SERVICES RENDERED TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK IN THE CAPITAL TRANSIT COMPANY CASE, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Eight Hundred Thirty -Nine Dollars and Eighty Cents ($839.80)
to pay James M. Honker, Public Utility Consultant, for
technical services rendered to the City of Little Rock in the
Capital Transit Company case.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of $839.80, payable to James M. Honaker for said services.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
