ORDINANCE NO. 10,138
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND-REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR WING
THE DOME AND REROOFING THE CITY HALL BUILDING AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $5,642.609 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise and take bids for remov-
ing the dome and reroofing the City Hall Building.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repairs shall not ex-
ceed Five Thqusand Six Hundred Forty -Two Dollars and Sixty
Cents ($5,642.60).
SECTION 3,. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
