AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $85,125.00 TO
DUNCAN PARKING METER CORPORATION TO BE PAID MONTHLY
AT THE RATE OF ONE HALF OF TAE GROSS PROCEEDS OF THE
REVENUE FROM TIM PARKING METER FUND UNTIL SAID SUM OF
MONEY HAS SEEN PAID IN FULL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED Bf THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

SECTION 1. That the sum of $x85,1+25.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Parking Meter Fund to be paid monthly at the rate of one
half of the gross proceeds until the said sum has been paid in full.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby dir-
ected to issue the City's warrant to the Duncan Parking Meter Corp-
oration, to be paid monthly from the Parking Meter Fund at the rate
of one half of the gross proceeds until said sum of $85,425.00 has
been paid in full. That this warrant shall be issued only after the
Duncan Parking Meter Corporation has signed the City voucher form
each month and notarized it as required by law.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
