AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $164.00 TO PAY
ARKANSAS ABSTRACT & GUARANTY COMPANY FOR ABSTRACT OF
TITLE ON PROPERTY CONDEMNED FOR PURPOSE OF GARBAGE
TRENCH AND FILL, SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE GARBAGE
PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($164.00) to pay Arkansas Abstract &
Guaranty Company for an Abstract of Title on a tract of five acres
In the SE4 SW4 of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, said property having been condemned for
use as sanitary land fill.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby in-
structed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of One Hundred Sixty
Four Dollars ($164.00) to Arkansas Abstract & Guaranty Company, said
money to be paid from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
