AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107,508.88 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; $187.55 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CON-
STRUCTION FUND; AND $12,449.00 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$107,508.88 from the Highway Construction Fund, $187.55 from the Fire
Department Construction Fund, and $12,449.00 from the Garbage Plant
Construction Fund, for payment of the following to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Farrell & Schaer Blue Print Company 8.88
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Pulaski County Circuit Court
(City vs Marion Hotel Garage) 107,000.00
$107,508.88
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Acme Brick Company 86.97
Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company 100.58

GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
