AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE A BRIDGE FOR USE AT XATA3UX AND TYLER STREETS
XTNR CITY OF LITTLE HOCK AT A CON NOT TO EXCEED
$2,500.00,-AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
a bridge for use at Markham and Tyler Streets in the City'of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Bridge shall not exceed
the am of $2,500.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its Passage and approval.
