AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND SELL, ALL TIMBER
k° ON RIGHT -OF -WAY FROM SOUTH FILLMORE' WEST ON 28TH STREET TO
HAYES STREET, AND THAT SUCH MONEY REALIZED THEREFROM SHALL
BE EARMARKED FOR USE IN BUILDING A STREET ON SAID RIGHT -OF-
WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and sell, all
timber on the right -of -way from South Fillmore, West on 28th Street
to Hayes Street. That all monies realized from said sale shall be
earmarked for use in building a street on said right -of -way.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
