ORDINANCE NO. 10,153
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND SELL
THE STAIN GLASS REMOVED FROM THE WW SIDE OF THE
THREE (3) STORY STAIRCASE IN THE CITY HALL TO THE
HIGHEST BIDDEReAND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
requested to advertise and take bids for, and sell the stain glass
removed from the 'side of the Three (3) story staircase of the
City Hall to the highest bidder.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
