ORDINANCE NO. 10,155
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL THAT PROPERTY BOUNDED BY
THAYER AVENUE ON THE EAST, ASHER AVENUE ON THE NORTH,
C.R.I. AND P. R. R. ON THE WEST AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF
THE PRESENT "J" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT BETWEEN WEST 20TH
AND WEST 21ST STREETS EXTENDED AND THE WEST ONE -HALF OF
BLOCKS THIRTEEN (13) AND TWENTY (20), ADAMS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20
AS AMENDED; AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS%
SECTION 1. That all that property bounded by Thayer Avenue on
the east, Asher Avenue on the north, C.R.I. & P. R. R. on the west
and the north boundary of the present "J" Light Industrial District
between West 20th and West 21st Streets extended and the west one -half
of Blocks Twelve (12) and Twenty (20), Adams Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; being 1800 -1900 -2000 Blocks on the west side of
Thayer Avenue and 2100 and 2200 Blocks on the east side of Thayer
Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned "B" Residence District and "F"
Commercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51,,20, is
hereby declared to be in "J" Light Industrial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
