ORDINANCE NO. 100156
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING Sj NFx NEJ, SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 1
NORTH, RANG 13 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Sj NEJ N* Section 1, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being property north of
Markham Street between Hayes and McKinley Streets, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "A" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said 'Si NE4 NEB- Section 1, Town-
ship 1 North, Range 13 West,, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shell take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
