ORDINANCE NO. 10,157
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT NINE (9) AND THE SOUTH 14.3
FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND LOTS TWELVE (12) AND THE
NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK ONE (1), KIMBALL'S
SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
94MDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. -OF THE CITX F LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Nine (9) and the South 14.3 feet of Lot Ten
(10), Block One (1), Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas and Lot Twelve (12) and the North 25 feet of Lot Eleven (11),
Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being the NW and SW corners of Arch and 25th Streets, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned "C" Two - Family and "B" Residence Districts under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Nine (9) and the South 14.3
feet of Lot Ten (10), Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas and Lot Twelve (12) and the North 25 feet of Lot Eleven (11),
Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
