AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TWENTY -THREE (23) THROUGH
TWENTY -SEVEN (27) AND LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2), LOTS
ONE (1) THROUGH FIVE (5) AND EIGHTEEN (18) THROUGH TWENTY
(20), BLOCK THREE (3), LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3),
SIXTEEN (16), SEVENTEEN (17), EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK FOUR (4),
LOTS ONE (1) TWO (2), THREE (3), SIXTEEN (16), SEVENTEEN (17),
EIGHTEEN (18j, BLOCK FIVE (5), LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH FIFTEEN
(15), BLOCK SIX (6), REMMEL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE FUCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDEDi AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Twenty -three (23) through Twenty -seven (27)
and Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Five (5) and
Eighteen (18) through Twenty (20), Block Three (3), Lots One (1), Two
(2), Three (3), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Block Four
(4), Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17),
Eighteen (18), Block Five (5), Lots One (1) through Fifteen (15), Block
Six (6), Remmel Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
property bounded by South Elm Street, West 32nd Street, Lewis Street
and the original "F" Commercial boundary south of Asher Avenue, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence, "Ft1 Commercial, "J" Light
Industrial, and "K" Heavy Industrial Districts under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
