AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS LOTS IN WHITE CITY
ADDITION AND VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE VICINITY OF HIGH-
WAY #10 BETWEEN KINGSROW DRIVE, "C" STREET AND THE EXIST-
ING CITY LIMITS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One - Family District
to "F" Commercial District: Lots One (1) through Four (4) and Seven
(7) through Eleven (11), Block One (1), Lots Three (3) through Six
(6), Block Three (3), and Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Two (2),
White City Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One - Family District
to "F" Commercial District: Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block
One (1), Riffel and Rhoton's Forest Park Addition and all that part of
Block Two (2), Bellevue Addition lying north of #10 Highway; and
property bounded by Lots Four hundred two (402), through Four hundred
seven (407) and Lot Four hundred ninety -two (492) Kingwood Place,
Kingsrow Drive, Iowa Avenue, Georgia Avenue, Ohio Avenue, Mississippi
Avenue and Keightley Drive.
SECTION 3. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 'and Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
