AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS TRACTS IN THE DUNBAR
REDEVELOPMENT AREA PROJECT NO. UR ARK. 1 -1, AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 51,.20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two- Family District to "D"
Apartment District: Block Two hundred thirty -nine (239), Two hundred
forty (240), and Two hundred forty -one (241), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "F" Commercial District and "C" Two -
Family District to "D" Apartment District: Beginning at a point on the
west line of High Street 165.81 north of the north line of Wright Avenue
which point is 300' south of the south line of West 18th Street, thence
easterly parallel to Wright Avenue 1501; thence southerly parallel to
High Street 235.8' to a point on the south line of Wright Avenue; thence
easterly 1301 to a point on the south side of Wright Avenue which point
is 106.4' west of the west line of Pulaski Street; thence southerly
parallel to High Street 148.7' to a point; thence westerly parallel to
Wright Avenue 2801 to a point on the east line of High Street; thence
northerly 384.5' to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from "F" Commercial District to "C" Two - Family:
The east 5' of the south 110' of Lot Ten (10) and the east 25' of the
west 45' of the south 1101 of Lot Ten (10) and the west 25' of the south
105' of Lot Eleven (11), Block Three hundred seventeen (317), Fulk's Sub-
division.
SECTION 4. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from "D" Apartment District to "C" Two - Family
District: Lot Twelve (12) and the north 43t of Lot Eleven (11), Block
Two hundred seventy -two (272), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 5. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from "F" Commercial District to "C" Two - Family

District; Lot Eight (8), Block Three hundred sixteen (316), Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 6. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to ef'f'ect and 'designate the changes
provided for in Sections 1 through 5 hereof.
SECTION 7. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage."
