AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST ONE -HALF ( *) OF BLOCK
SEVEN (7) AND ALL OF BLOCK EIGHT (8), LINCOLN PARK ADDITION,
TRACT "A" RID GECRCST MANOR, AND THE SOUTH 13'8 FEET OF THE
EAST ONE -HALF (J) AND THE SOUTH 188 FEET OF THE 4EST ONE -HALF
(2) OF BLOCK SIXTEEN (16), PLEASANT HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West one -half (2) of Block Seven (7) and all
of Block Eight (8), Lincoln Park Addition; Tract "A" Ridgecrest Manor;
and the South 138 feet of the East One -half (J) and the South 188 feet
of the West One -half (2) of Block Sixteen (16), Pleasant Hill Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; being "H" and Hayes Streets, here-
tofore classified "A" One- Family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5/,.20, is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
