ORDINANCE NO. 10,162
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3),
TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12), BLOCK TEN (10), LOTS ONE
(1), TWO (2), THREE (3), BLOCK NINE (9), AND LOTS FIVE (5)
AND SIX (6), BLOCK EIGRT (8), MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AFMSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Ten (10),
Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Block Ten (10), Lots One (1), Two (2),
Three (3), Block Nine (9), and Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block
Eight (8), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being "R" Street between Pierce and Hayes Streets, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned "A" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 51,.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3),
Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Block Ten (10), Lots One (1), Two
(2), Three (3), Block Nine (9), and Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block
Eight (8), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
