AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART OF SECTION 1, SUB-
SECTION A, OF ORDINANCE NO. 74", AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NOS. 7469 and 9845, ESTABLISHING
AN ANNUAL PRIVILEGE LICENSE TAR FOR ICE YAW-
FACTURERS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
PROVIDING FOR THE AMOUNT THEREOF; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1, Subsection A, of
Ordinance No. 7444, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 7469 and 9845,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Ice Manufacturer.
Each person, firm or corporation manufacturing
ice for sale, for each factory, whether principal
business or not, shall pay an annual privilege
tax of $125.00, payable semi - annually.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect on July 1, 1956 upon its passage and
approval.
