AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN OF $34,999.08
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND TO PAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A GARAGE TO BE USED BY THE GAB$AGE AND SANITATION
DEPARMW OF THE CITY OF LITTLL ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred
Ninety Nine Dollars and Eight Cents (04,999.08) is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund to pay for the construction of a garage to be used by the
Garbage and Sanitation Deparrment.
SECTION 2. That the location of this garage shall be on City
of Little Rook owned property near 38th and Chester Streets.
SECTION 3. The sum of Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty
($25,930.00) Dollars is to be paid to the General Contractors, Collie,Inc.
The sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy ($3,770900)
Dollars is to be paid to the Plumbing Contractors R. S. Diffie Plumbing & Heating
The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighteen ( #3,318.00) Dollars
is to be paid to the Electric Contractors I. K. Electric Compargr.
The sum of Ong Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One Dollars and Eight
Cents ($12981.08) is to be paid to the Architect, Harold S. Boyce.
SECTION L^. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
