AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND LEASE THAT PORTION OF THE OAKLAND CEMETERY
PROPERTY LOCATED AT BARBER AVENUE AND ROOSEVELT
ROAD, CONSISTING OF THREE AND ONE HALF (32) ACRES,
MORE OR LESS, THAT IS NOT NOW UNDER LEASE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY MUNCIL'OF THE CM OF LITTIZ RflCE,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and lease
that portion of the Oakland Cemetery property located at Barber
Avenue and Roosevelt Road, consisting of three and one half (32)
acres, more or less, that is not now under lease.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
