AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 1 TON STEEL BROOM WIRE .032 X .090 AND 1 TON
BASS FIBER,26" IN LENGTH FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPART-
MENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,200.00, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 1 ton Steel Broom Wire .032 X .090; and 1 ton Bass Fiber,
26" in length for use of the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said wire and bass fiber
shall not exceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00)
Dollars, to be paid from the Road Fund for the Street Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
