AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 4 RADIO TRANSMITTERS AND RECEIVERS FOR USE ON
MDTORCYCLE SERVI -CARS IN THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DE-
PARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $2,400.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
four (4) Radio Transmitters and Receivers for use on Motorcycle
Servi -Cars in the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Radio Transmitters and
Receivers shall not exceed the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred
($2,400.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
