AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE AN AUTOMDBILE TO BE USED BY THE LICENSE INSPEC-
MR FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMBNT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$1,650.00; AND ONE RADIO SET AND HIGH OUTPUT GENERATOR
EQUIPMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $650.00; TO BE PAID
FROM THE AUTO FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase an Automobile to be used by the License Inspector for
the Police Department; and one Radio Set and High Output
Generator Equipment.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Automobile shall not
exceed the sum of $1,650.00; and the cost of said Radio Set
and High Output Generator Equipment shall not exceed the sum
of $650.00; to be paid from the Auto Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
