AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC -
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE
TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROLLER, COMPLETE WITH NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one traffic light
controllers complete with necessary equipment for use by the Police
Department of the City of Little Rock. Said traffic light controller
to be installed at the inter - section of Asher Avenue and Fa i rk
Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The cost of such traffic light controller and
other necessary equipment shall not exceed the sun of Eight Hundred
Dollars ($800.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after its passage and approval.
