ORDINANCE NO. 10,179
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT OF LEE AVENUE FROM THE
EAST LINE OF HAYES STREET TO THE EAST LINE, EXTENDED NORTH, OF LOT 1,
BLOCK 2, FAUSETT'S SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the dedicated right -of -way of the hereinafter
described portion of Lee Avenue varies from forty -five feet to
fifty -five feet, and in some places it is possible to establish
said right -of -way only by pins; and
WHEREAS, Lee Avenue and the traffic that will use the herein-
after described portion of it have a need for only a 27 -foot pavement,
or 28 feet from back -of -curb to back -of -curb; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the width of pavement on Lee Avenue from the
East line of Hayes Street to the East line, extended North, of Lot 1,
Block 2, Fausett's Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 27 feet, with an
over -all width of 28 feet from back -of -curb to back -of -curb.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and that this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
