AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $119,942.62 FROM
THE AUTO AND ROAD FUND FOR RESURFACING APPROXIMATELY
235 BLOCKS IN THE 1956 PROGRAM, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES. - su��17 Cjl 6
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty -Two Dollars
and Sixty -Two Cents ($119,942.62) to pay for the resurfacing

of approximately 235 City blocks in the 1956 - 004"f.c�

Program.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of $119,942.62, to be paid from the Auto and Road Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
