AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $725.54 FROM THE
CITY GENERAL FUND TO PAY FOR TWO 2- TON #618DG37 FEDDERS
AIR CONDITIONERS INSTALLED IN THE MAYOR'S OFFICE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Seven Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars and Fifty -Four Cents ($725.54)
to pay for two 2 -ton #618DG37 Fedders Air Conditioners installed
in the Mayor's Office.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of $725.54, to be paid from the City General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
