ORDINANCE NO. 10,186
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOE, AND PURCHASE ONE ORDINANCE RECORD AND
INDEX AND ONE COUNCIL RECORD AND INDEX FOR USE IN THE CITY CLERK'S
OFFICE AT A COST of $359.81; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Little Rock did
on April 23, 1956 approve the recommendation of the Board of Public
Affairs to purchase for use of the City Clerk's Office One Council
Record and Index and One Ordinance Record and Index, said cost
estimated to be less than $300.00; and
WHEREAS, bids were taken and the lowest and best bid was
determined to be $359.81;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Little Rock
does hereby authorize the Board of Public Affairs to purchase One
Ordinance Record and Index and One Council Record and Index for use
in the City Clerk's Office at a cost of $359.81.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
